Both sides had a player sent off in the last ten minutes, Denis Zakaria for Monaco and Tosin Aiyegen for Lorient. However a 95th minute goal from Tiemoue Bakayoko grabbed a 2 - 2 draw for Lorient.

Lorient had more of the shots on target against Brest with five, but Lorient were unable to convert any of these to goals. Romain Del Castillo scored the only goal of the game in the 86th minute to give ten-man Brest the 1 - 0 win, with Billal Brahimi sent off in extra time.

The trip to Montpellier saw Lorient again unable to get on the scoresheet. A penalty from Teji Tedy Savanier gave Montpellier the lead early in the second half and Yann Karamoh secured the 2 - 0 win for Montpellier with his goal in the final minute of normal time.

The last time out for Lorient was against Nice. Morgan Sanson gave Nice the 1 - 0 lead at halftime and an own goal from Isaak Toure doubled the lead. Evann Guessand added another late on to give Nice the 3 - 0 win.

Back in Ligue 1, PSG welcomed Clermont Foot. Habib Keita scored just after the 30 minute mark to give Clermont Foot the shock 1 - 0 lead at halftime. PSG finally managed to convert one of their 23 shots as Goncalo Ramos found the back of the net in the 85th minute to grab a 1 - 1 draw for PSG.

Raphinha gave Barcelona the 1 - 0 lead at the break but a two minute period early in the second half Ousmane Dembele and Vitinha both scored to put PSG in the lead. However, another goal from Raphinha and a goal from Andreas Christensen gave Barcelona the 3 - 2 win.

In the second leg of the Champions League Quarter Final, PSG were in Spain. Raphinha opened the scoring again for Barcelona but the sending off of Ronald Araujo turned the tide. Goals from Dembele and Vitinha and a brace from Mbappe gave PSG the 4 - 1 win, and a 6 - 4 win on aggregate.
