To reach the FA Cup final odds

Manchester City will be able to continue the defence of their domestic cup trophies as the FA Cup returns this Saturday, June 27. The Citizens have all but handed the Premier League over to the record-breaking Liverpool, but the EFL Cup is still there's and they are now the favourites to claim the FA Cup is as well.

With odds of 1/3 to reach the final, it's tough to bet against Pep Guardiola's men making the journey to Wembley once more. City do face Newcastle United in the quarter-finals of the competition and remain the clear favourites at 2/11 to advance to the semis. Time will tell on the semi-finals draw, but it does seem as if consecutive finals is on the cards for English serial winners of recent history.

Just behind City is their neighbours, Manchester United at 2/1. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men improved almost immediately when Bruno Fernandes joined and it seems United fans are very positive on a potential 13th FA Cup triumph. The Red Devils face Norwich City in the quarters, where they are the favourites to advance with odds of 8/15.

Elsewhere, despite the pressure from Manchester, there is still hope of a London club to reach the final, as Chelsea boast odds 5/2 to reach the final, while Arsenal sit with a price of 11/4. Chelsea have reached the final seven times since 2000, winning five of them. Now, with Lampard's youthful setup, the Blues are in with a good chance, but they have their work cut out with a quarter-final test against Leicester City first.

As for Arsenal, their horrific record in 2020 doesn't put forth any sort of an argument for a place in the final, but they may fancy their chances against Sheffield United, who have also struggled since the restart.

It's also tough to overlook Leicester in all of this, despite their matchup against Chelsea. The Foxes are 13/8 to advance past Lampard's men, but they are a higher 3/1 to make it to the final. Examining Leicester's chances is a task in itself, with their fight for a Champions League spot not yet finalised, while they could meet one of the Manchester outfits in the next round, where they wouldn't be favoured to advance.

Other hopefuls, Sheffield, Norwich and Newcastle are priced at 5/1, 9/1 and 20/1, respectively, to reach the final. Indeed, it is hard to see the Magpies and Norwich make it, considering they face the two Manchester sides, although, the Blades can't be too far overlooked, as they will fancy their chances against a weak Arsenal team.

FA Cup Winner odds

Understandably so, defending champions City are the favourites with a 4/5 price. Guardiola's men have an outrageous record at Wembley, winning the last three EFL Cups and losing just one appearance at the national stadium from their five appearances there with the Spaniard.

Odds then move incredibly high as City are such a clear favourite. Both Chelsea and United find themselves at 7/1 to win the FA Cup and Arsenal are an even higher 8/1, while Leicester are 10/1.

A win for the Foxes does look unlikely, with such a strong focus on Champions League qualification. However, for Lampard and Solskajer, it is their first full season at the club and they will both be aware of the importance in winning a trophy to keep them pencilled in for next season.

The hierarchy at both clubs have been quick to sack a trophyless manager and if Champions League qualification is signed and sealed on FA Cup final day, they might come in with a stronger attitude.

The outsiders, Sheffield, Newcastle and Norwich remain a high 20/1, 25/1 and 40/1 to win the FA Cup. The Canaries are yet to even reach the final and were fortunate to make it this far, as they scraped through a penalty shootout against Tottenham Hotspur.

Newcastle do have a better record in this competition than most, winning the trophy six times. However, it does need to be noted they haven't reached the final since 1999 and haven't touched the FA Cup trophy since 1955.

A similar feat applies for Sheffield who last won the FA Cup almost 100 years ago in 1925, with their last final coming in 1936.

FA Cup Straight Forecast odds

For the straight forecast bet, here you are betting on the winner and runner up for the 2020 FA Cup. This is where the higher odds are and it is wise to take a punt on one of these bets if you're after the better price, but a more realistic outcome.

It is important to remember that these straight forecast odds will fluctuate heavily or lose immediately with the potential of either club meeting one another in the semi-finals.

With this said, to have City win the FA Cup and United claim the runners up spot is a high 5/1, which is a solid bet if the two can avoid one another in the semi-finals. The champions would be the clear favourites in the final and the two are already expected to advance from the quarters.

Elsewhere, to have City win and beat Chelsea in the final is 6/1. There are then odds of 13/2 for City to win and Arsenal to lose in the final, whilst Guardiola's men are also 13/2 to beat Leicester in the final.

As for United, to beat their noisy neighbours in the final is a very worthy 18/1 and if the two make it to the final, you essentially have an 18/1 outright win on the Red Devils winning the FA Cup against their rivals. United are also 33/1 to reign supreme over Chelsea or Arsenal in the final.

Chelsea, on the other hand, are 18/1 to beat City in the final, 28/1 to beat Arsenal and 33/1 to beat United come to the end of the tournament.

FA Cup Name the finalists odds

To have a Manchester derby FA Cup final is 4/1, while a Chelsea v City FA Cup final is a tempting 9/2. It will also be worth keeping an eye on the Leicester v City final at 13/2 and the City v Arsenal final at 5/1.

As for Lampard's squad, they are 18/1 to meet United in the final, which will be a replay of the 2018 final where Antonio Conte's Chelsea beat Jose Mourinho's Red Devils. The Blues are also 22/1 to meet Arsenal in the final, forcing the third Arsenal-Chelsea FA Cup final in 20 years.

On the other hand, Solskajer's men are a 2/1 to reach the final, but to play against Arsenal, the club are priced at 22/1 and remain 33/1 to meet Sheffield there.

FA Cup runner up odds

Starting off with the champions, they are 11/2 to collect a runners up medal, which will be the first one since their shock loss to Wigan Athletic in 2013. United - who last won the competition in 2016 - are the favourites to claim second place with odds of 7/2.

Arsenal last won the title in 2017, but they do have seven losses in finals and they are now 9/2 to claim another runners up medal - only United and Everton have lost more FA Cup finals.

As for Chelsea, they are also priced at 9/2 to finish second to whoever makes it to the final with them and this will be the sixth time the Blues have lost an FA Cup final.

Moving onto Leicester, the Foxes are 5/1 to finish runners up, whilst Norwich are 7/1, Newcastle 28/1, just as Sheffield sit with odds of 7/1.

FA Cup double chance odds

With the competition so wide open and with the new normal of no fans at the ground, every English football fixture seems tougher to call than ever before. With this said, the odds for a double chance on winning the FA Cup are quite low.

To have a double chance on either Manchester club winning the FA Cup is a low 1/3 and the odds are the same for either City or Chelsea winning the trophy. The odds do remain at under evens for City to win or any other club, so it will be worth looking at the United, Chelsea, Leicester and Arsenal double chance odds.

For Chelsea or United to win, odds are 5/2, whilst a Chelsea or Arsenal win is a tempting 3/1. Similarly, odds for United or Arsenal to win the FA Cup is 11/4, and a United or Leicester win is also 3/1.
