England are yet to score a goal from open play, with Harry Kane’s penalty in their 1-1 draw with Germany being their only goal so far in the Nations League. The Three Lions have drawn 0-0 with Italy and suffered a shock 1-0 defeat to Hungary last time out. In their March internationals, England had managed to beat the Ivory Coast 3-0 and Switzerland 2-1.
