The six-year-old remains in good form, and was beaten just two lengths on his return following a short break at Pontefract last time.
Educator has won once from seven starts on the all-weather, and remains in excellent form after wind surgery, winning twice from three starts since the start of April. Will relish this drop back to a mile and three, and should be thereabouts.
Michael & David Easterby-trained Canon’s House could round off the Racing League with a winner on Thursday.
The four-year-old beat an in-form rival back in June when getting the better of Woohoo by a length over five furlongs.
Didn’t appear to suit the step up in trip following that effort, before running to form last time when not beaten far at Goodwood back over the five furlongs by Brazen Bolt. Runs well on the all-weather, and a stiff five furlongs suits.
