Hull City vs Nottingham Forest: Brennan Johnson to Score & Forest to win - 5/2

After a disappointing loss on Tuesday put an end to their automatic promotion chances, Nottingham Forest will be looking to return to winning ways against Hull before the play-offs.

Hull’s Championship status has been secured for a while, with relegation fears eased a long time ago. The Tigers have lost two of their last three games, including the 5-0 thrashing they were on the end of last Saturday against Bristol City.

Forest will feel hard done by following the defeat in the crunch tie with Bournemouth in midweek, with some refereeing decisions not going their way which could have changed the outcome. It was only the second defeat in 16 league games for Steve Cooper’s men, who have won ten of those.

Brennan Johnson has enjoyed a magnificent individual season, seeing him pick up the Championship Young Player of the Season award, after 15 goals and nine assists in the league so far.

Preston vs Middlesborough: Matt Crooks to Score & win - 4/1

Middlesborough will need a win to keep their play-off hopes alive as they travel to Lancashire to face Preston in their final game of the season.

Preston are one of many teams in the Championship whose fate is already sealed for this season and go into the final weekend without needing a result. North End are 14th in the table after the win against Barnsley last time out which stopped a run of back-to-back losses.

Middlesborough can still make the play-offs this season but would need to win and hope that Luton and/or Sheffield United don’t pick up three points, to sneak into the top six.

Matt Crooks has been a constant for Boro this season and the attacking midfielder is even the top scorer for his club this campaign with 11 goals in all competitions.

Swansea vs QPR: Joel Piroe to Score Anytime - 5/4

Two comfortable midtable teams meet at the Liberty Stadium to see out their seasons, with Swansea facing QPR on Saturday.

Both teams are in a similar position in the table, with Swansea in 15th and QPR in 12th. The Swans can only climb as high as 11th with a win or fall as low as 16th. Rangers could go as high as ninth depending on other results.

Swansea haven’t finished their season in the best form, with no win in their last five games and a 5-1 thumping off Forest in their last game. Despite the results, they have still managed to score at least once in their last eight games. Joel Piroe has been Swansea’s standout player this season, with 22 goals to his name.

Walsall vs Swindon: Harry McKirdy to Score & win - 17/10

With the race for promotion very tight in League Two, Swindon takes on Walsall knowing that a win could possibly earn them automatic promotion, or just be enough to keep them in the play-offs.

Walsall are set for a mid-table finish, with promotion and relegation not being a worry. The Saddlers have had two defeats and two wins as well as the 2-2 draw against Colchester in their last game.

Swindon are one of many teams in League Two that could either finish in the automatic places, finish in the play-offs, or miss out altogether and end up outside the top seven. They’re in good form, with four wins in their last five, so will be hopeful of keeping their place in the play-offs at the very least.

Harry McKirdy has been a revelation for the Robins this season and has 18 league goals to his name. He could be the star that keeps Swindon’s promotion dreams alive.

Newport County vs Rochdale: Dominic Telford First Goalscorer - 5/2

Dominic Telford leads the way in the race for the Golden Boot in League Two, and he will be hoping he can secure the trophy by adding to his tally when his Newport side host Rochdale in their final league game.

The hosts returned to winning ways last time out, ending a three-game losing streak to stun promotion-chasing Port Vale with a 2-1 away win on Monday. There isn’t anything to play for in terms of league position, with the South Wales outfit sitting in eleventh and five points away from the play-off places going into the final weekend of League Two.

Newport striker Telford has 25 league goals this season, two ahead of Forest Green’s Matt Stevens. The former Plymouth Argyle man can seal his Golden Boot and will be confident of adding more goals, against a Rochdale side that are safe from relegation, have nothing left to play for, and have lost two games on the bounce.
