Moussa Dembele and Wissam Ben Yedder both to score in Monaco v Lyon

Moussa Dembele’s form has picked up over the past few games as he has scored in each of his past three games, which included two penalties and a sensational solo winning goal last time out against Marseille. This will all give him the confidence going up against a Monaco defence that has conceded five times in the last two games.

Wissam Ben Yedder has been in red hot form too as of late as he has scored in each of his last six outings, scoring eight goals, which included three penalties. It is likely going to be a close affair between the seventh and eigth-placed teams in Ligue 1 and is always a safe bet on players that are currently in form and are on penalty duties for their teams.

Dusan Vlahovic to score and win against Verona

22-year-old Vlahovic is enduring a sensational season so far scoring 17 goals in 21 games, which has now secured him a €75m move from Fiorentina to Juventus, and his potential debut will be against ninth-placed Hellas Verona this weekend.

Juventus this season have had their struggles, which has them currently placed fourth in Serie A, but what they have been missing is a goal threat. They have a lot of players that work well either out wide or outside the box, but with Alvaro Morata as their striker, they have missed a goalscoring presence in the box.

Vlahovic is exactly that. His goal record this season speaks for itself and he would want to prove himself on his debut, which could see him net a couple of times against the team with the second-worst defence in the top 10.

Thomas Muller and Robert Lewandowski both to score against Leipzig

In Bayern Munich’s last four Bundesliga wins they have scored a combined 17 goals, and in their last game against RB Leipzig, they managed to win 4-1 away from home and it makes it all very likely that the German champions will be able to continue their great goalscoring run here once more.

Robert Lewandowski has not slowed down this season, scoring 23 times in 20 Bundesliga games, making it likely he will be amongst the goals again, whereas Thomas Muller is most known for his playmaking and has grabbed 16 assists this season. On the other hand, in the big games, the German usually comes up with an important goal to help his side.

Frank Kessie and Hakan Calhanoglu both to score in the Milan derby

What comes with a Milan derby is the tension between the players and the rivalry brings out the aggression in the players that leads to a lot of fouls and penalties awarded as has been the case in the past two years. In the last four Milan derbies, four penalties have been awarded, making it likely that in this derby that means a little bit more with both teams challenging for the league, one or more penalties will be awarded.

When playing, Frank Kessie and Hakan Calhanoglu are the designated penalty takers for each team, with Calhanoglu converting his penalty for Inter when the teams last met. Both players - despite playing in midfield - do contribute goals, with Kessie amounting five in the league so far, whilst Calhangolu, who is a massive threat from set-pieces has scored six.

Danny Welbeck to score against Tottenham

Danny Welbeck has only scored in the league three times this season, but when he has scored, they have been important goals for Brighton & Hove Albion, as he doubled their lead against Leicester City which proved crucial for victory and then scored late equalisers against Chelsea and Leicester once more.

Neither Tottenham Hotspur or Brighton are high scoring teams this campaign, which will make it likely it will be close late on in the game which is usually when Welbeck is used as a substitute. Moreover, with Spurs’ defence looking shaky recently, he could be very effective late on in the game and he may even start.
