Chelsea v Man City: Chelsea to win and BTTS

Chelsea are favourites for this carbon copy of the Champions League final as they are coming off a comfortable 3-0 win against Spurs thanks to goals from Thiago Silva, N'Golo Kante and Antonio Rudiger. Manchester City, on the other hand, are coming off a 0-0 draw with Southampton which saw them struggle against the Saints.

Before Thomas Tuchel took over, City beat Chelsea 3-1 at Stamford Bridge, but after the German took charge Chelsea won the other three encounters including the Champions League final in Porto.

With Chelsea looking a lot more convincing and Romelu Lukaku hitting the ground running on his return, Chelsea will run out winners once again in our opinion.

Arsenal v Spurs: 1-1, 2-2 or 3-3 draw

Tottenham Hotspur must player another London derby this weekend as they compete in the first north London derby of the season
Spurs will want to turn their form around in this encounter as they are currently on a two-game losing streak, whereas Arsenal are on a two-game winning streak having previously beaten Norwich City last weekend, before they beat Burnley 1-0 thanks to a Martin Odegaard goal.

Last season both games were split with Spurs winning the first game 2-0 before Arsenal won the second game 2-1 in a game which was most notable for Erik Lamela’s rabona goal. As it's a derby, and how both teams have started poorly, it could go anyway and we're backing a draw.

With Arsenal being in better form than Spurs, that is why they are favourites to win the game

United v Villa: Ronaldo to score and win

Manchester United are coming off a tense 2-1 win against West Ham United which saw them go down early on due to a Said Benrahma goal before Cristiano Ronaldo would equalise, as United won late on thanks to a late Jesse Lingard goal against the team he was on loan at last season.

Aston Villa, on the other hand, won 3-0 against Everton in a game that saw Leon Bailey grab a goal and an assist. Elsewhere, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men won both games against Aston Villa last year, winning the first game 2-1 at Old Trafford before winning 3-1 at Villa Park.

The obvious man to look out for is Ronaldo, as he has scored in all three games he has played in for United so far, so it is likely he will do it again. Ronaldo now has four goals already for United and we can't see him not bagging aagain.

Liverpool v Brentford: Toney and Salah to score

Liverpool host Brentford as they look to maintain their 100% record.

Liverpool are coming off a comfortable 3-0 win against Crystal Palace which saw Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Naby Keita all get on the score sheet. Brentford are also coming off their first away win of the season as they beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 in a game that saw Ivan Toney score his second goal of the season.

The last time Liverpool played Brentford was in the 1989 FA Cup. Liverpool won 4-0 thanks to goals from Peter Beardsley, John Barnes, and Steve McMahon. While their last meeting in the league was in 1947, so we head into this one without history playing a role.

With both players in good form, it is likely that both Salah and Toney will score, however, it will be more difficult for the Englishman as he will be up against a Liverpool defence that has only conceded one goal.

Palace v Brighton: Brighton to win 1-0, 2-0 or 2-1

In the M23 derby, Crystal Palace will want to bounce back after their 3-0 loss to Liverpool, whereas Brighton are in spectacular form as they sit fourth in the table after a 2-1 win against Leicester City keeps them in the top four early on.

In the first encounter last season, the game finished 1-1 with a late Alexis Mac Allister goal resecuring a point for the Seagulls. The second clash saw Palace win 2-1 at the Amex thanks to a late Christian Benteke goal in what was nothing more than a smash and grab.

With Brighton being the in-form team, it is hard to not look past them winning this game especially after they were able to convincingly beat a team like Leicester. Graham Potter's men are the surprise package thus far, and this should carry on.
