Brighton v Liverpool: Mane to score

Saturday’s early kick off sees Liverpool travel to Brighton in a must-win game for Jurgen Klopp’s men, especially with first-placed Tottenham Hotspur playing third-placed Chelsea on Sunday at Stamford Bridge.

Liverpool have an excellent record against Brighton having won all of their previous six Premier League meetings with the Seagulls. Sadio Mane is yet to score against Brighton, meaning that he may be overdue, especially with being involved in 28% of the champions' Premier League goals, having scored four, as well as assisting two in eight appearances.

Mane has a boosted price of 5/1 to open the scoring, like he did in mid-October against Everton in the Merseyside derby. Mane also averages just below two shots on target per game this season, with 1.75 on average per game - if you fancy him to beat his usual average and get two shots on target, this is priced at 7/5 - click the links to claim these bets in your bet slip!

Everton v Leeds: Calvert-Lewin AND Bamford to score

Both Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Patrick Bamford have had very impressive seasons so far for Leeds and Everton, respectively, with 17 goals being scored between them in their opening nine fixtures.

Calvert-Lewin currently leads the Premier League goalscoring charts with 10 goals, averaging 1.14 goals per 90 minutes, whilst Bamford sits in fifth place on seven, with an average of 0.83 per 90 minutes, a better average than Harry Kane’s 0.78.

This fixture sees the third and fourth worst defences meet each other in the league, and with the way the two English strikers have gone about their business this season, Calvert-Lewin and Bamford both to score is priced at 11/2.

Southampton v Man United: Fernandes to score first or last

Manchester United come into this game on the back of three wins in a row, having beaten Everton, West Bromwich Albion and Istanbul Basaksehir, of which Bruno Fernandes scored four goals in these three matches.

United’s Portuguese midfielder has been in superb form again this season, scoring six goals and assisting three in eight Premier League games and no doubt become one of the most influential players in world football. Fernandes’ record since joining the Red Devils is also very impressive, having contributed to 34 goals in his 35 games since joining the club from Sporting Lisbon last January.

Fernandes is priced at 4/1 to be the first goalscorer of the game like he has been in his last two matches against Istanbul Basaksehir and West Brom, and he is also at the same price to be the last goalscorer.

Incidentally, Fernandes is also 17/2 to score two or more goals like he did in the Champions League in midweek, and he is also 9/4 to score and win on Saturday.

Chelsea v Spurs: Son to score

Sunday sees Jose Mourinho make another return to his old stomping ground Stamford Bridge to face Frank Lampard’s Chelsea in what will be a hard-fought game for both sides. This fixture witnesses top of the table Spurs looking to extend their advantage against third-placed Chelsea to five points, with the two no doubt involved in this unpredictable title race now.

Tottenham currently have two of the top five goal scorers in the Premier League coming into this match, with Son Heung-min currently sat second top scorer in the league with nine goals in nine games, averaging 1.11 goals per 90 minutes, with the best goal conversion ratio of the top 25 goal scorers in the league with a staggering 60% of his efforts being scored.

The last of Son’s three goals against the Blues came in a 3-1 win for Tottenham in the 2018/19 season. The South Korean has also been involved in 52% of Spurs’ Premier League goals so far and is priced at 11/2 to score first like he did against Manchester City last weekend.

Tottenham's number seven is also priced at 10/1 to score and draw in what is expected to be an exceptionally close game.

Man City v Burnley: De Bruyne to score

Kevin De Bruyne comes into Saturday’s 3pm kick off fresh against Burnley, following Pep Guardiola confirming that the Belgian was rested against Olympiakos after City’s 1-0 win in Greece. City have uncharacteristically struggled to score goals at times this season, having scored 10 goals in eight league games this season, whereas last season, they had scored 27 at this stage.

De Bruyne is instrumental to everything that City do through midfield, as shown last season when he got 39 goal contributions in 48 matches. The last goal De Bruyne scored against Burnley was in January 2019 in a 5-0 FA Cup win, Burnley have a wretched record against City since their last promotion to the top flight in 2016, with City leading the aggregate scoring against them 35-5 in 11 matches.

De Bruyne to score from outside the area is priced 5/1, whilst him to get a goal and assist is at 11/4, which you wouldn’t be surprised to see happen if the Clarets continue their poor run of form against City.
