Miguel Almiron - Newcastle v Brentford

Newcastle host Brentford at St James’ Park this Saturday with The Magpies looking to keep up their momentum since the international break, following on from their 4 - 1 thrashing of Fulham last week. Brentford, on the other hand, were held to a 0 - 0 draw by Bournemouth, leaving them tenth in the table.

Miguel Almiron has played all eight of Newcastle’s games this season, and has already scored three goals. The Paraguayan has impressed so far this season, just one goal behind his best-ever return in a Premier League season already.

Almiron scored twice in the 4 - 1 win against Fulham in a performance labelled one of his best ever in a Newcastle shirt. The Paraguayan is the third most valuable player for Newcastle and costs a lowly £5.1 million. If Almiron can keep up his good run of form under Eddie Howe, the Paraguayan could become more than valuable.

James Maddison - Bournemouth v Leicester

Leicester makes the trip to the South Coast to face Bournemouth on Saturday. The Foxes will still be on a high from their first win in the Premier League this season, a dominant 4 - 0 demolition of Nottingham Forest. Bournemouth’s 0 - 0 draw with Brentford took them up to nine points and 13th in the table.

James Maddison’s more than impressive performance on Monday, in which he scored twice against Nottingham Forest showed he is still a class player, despite Leicester's struggles so far this season. His consistency for The Foxes has also brought Gareth Southgate’s constant snubs into question with the World Cup drawing ever closer.

Though Maddison is the most expensive Leicester player in Fantasy Premier League, his continued excellent form has more than justified his £8.1 million price tag. In fact, Maddison has scored 21 more points than the second-highest scorer for The Foxes, with him likely to replicate his performance against Nottingham Forest when they face Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

Odsonne Edouard - Crystal Palace v Leeds

Crystal Palace welcomes Leeds to Selhurst Park for the 3 pm Saturday kick-off this weekend. Patrick Viera’s men were stunned by a late winner for Chelsea by former player Conor Gallagher, the 2 - 1 loss leaving them 17th in the league. Ten-man Leeds managed to hold Aston Villa to a 0 - 0 draw.

Edouard has scored twice in his eight appearances so far this season, putting him just two goals behind Palace's top scorer Wilfred Zaha. His most recent goal came in the 2 - 1 loss to Chelsea, where Edouard shocked Chelsea by opening the scoring.

The Frenchman is valued at only £5.3 million and despite only scoring 15 points in Fantasy Premier League, Edouard could still do some damage to this Leeds team who have conceded 11 goals so far this season.

Bernardo Silva - Manchester City v Southampton

Manchester City face Southampton at the Etihad this Saturday with Pep Guardiola’s men looking to add The Saints to the list of clubs they’ve demolished this season. A commanding 6 - 3 win over their Manchester rivals will have infused City with even more confidence before meeting a Southampton team that slumped to a 2 - 1 loss to Everton.

So far this Premier League season Bernardo Silva has scored twice and registered four assists in eight games. These goals came in big games like the 4 - 2 win over Crystal Palace and the 3 - 3 draw with Newcastle.

Behind only Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne and Phil Foden, Silva is one of the most valuable Manchester City players, scoring 44 points so far this Fantasy Premier League season. Along with his large number of points, Silva is valued at £7 million, a figure smaller than those above him in the charts.

With the form of Manchester City currently, it is highly likely that Silva and City will bring in a big haul of points against a Southampton team currently in 16th.

Raheem Sterling - Chelsea v Wolves

Wolves travel to the capital this weekend for Graham Potter’s first-ever Premier League match at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea grabbed all three points against Crystal Palace through a late stunner by Conor Gallagher, whereas Wolves were left in the relegation zone after being beaten 2 - 0 by West Ham.

Raheem Sterling is currently Chelsea’s top scorer in the Premier League, with three goals and an assist in his first seven league games for The Blues. For a new player in a team with troubles in attacking, a brace against Leicester, a goal against Southampton and a goal in the Champions League versus Red Bull Salzburg bodes well for his Chelsea career going forward.

In terms of Fantasy Premier League, despite Sterling being the most expensive Chelsea player, his points tally more than makes up for that fact, with 36 points, nine more than Thiago Silva in second. Though Wolves are a compact team, Sterling may make the difference for Chelsea this weekend.
