Premier League 2026/27 Top Goalscorer Odds

The Premier League season is back in just under two weeks, and ahead of the new season, fans and pundits will be looking at which players can make an impact for their clubs ahead of this exciting and eagerly anticipated campaign.

Last season saw Mikel Arteta finally deliver the Premier League title to the Emirates, after a long 22-year wait for Arsenal for that coveted trophy.

Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur were spared relegation at the expense of West Ham United.

This season sees a whole host of managerial changes, and there will be an excellent showcasing of attacking talent.

That being said, we take a look at the top five most likely players in line to win the Premier League Golden Boot this season, as well as our prediction for the award held by Erling Haaland.

Premier League Top Goalscorer Odds

The following are odds provided for the top goalscorer of the Premier League 2026/27.

All odds are correct as of 10 Aug 10:33, 2027 and provided by bet365.

Erling Haaland - 4/6

Erling Haaland is the bookies' favourite (according to bet365) to end the season with at least an individual trophy at the end of the campaign.

The Norwegian hitman is coming off a season where he scored 27 goals in 34 league starts, adding another Golden Boot to his collection. Not only this, Haaland scored seven goals in five games at the FIFA World Cup. Haaland's overall game has improved with the 26-year-old providing eight assists in the Premier League last season.

Erling Haaland has shown in recent years that he is guaranteed an excellent Premier League return, as his first season in English football saw the Norwegian break the single-season scoring record. The following season, Haaland scored 27 goals in 29 league starts as Manchester City retained the title.

Alexander Isak - 8/1

This season, Alexander Isak will be eager to prove doubters wrong after a turbulent season on and off the pitch. The Swedish international joined Liverpool from Newcastle United for a record transfer fee in the Premier League of £ 125 million, after a long summer saga between Isak and the two clubs.

Isak arrived at Anfield with barely any match sharpness, having opted to miss Newcastle United's pre-season preparations, and by the time the striker was up and running, he suffered a horrific injury which would rule him out for the majority of the campaign.

However, Isak's previous pedigree should give Liverpool fans some hope for the upcoming season. Isak was included in the PFA Team of the Season in 2024/25, after the Sweden striker scored 23 goals in 34 appearances for the Magpies, averaging 1.4 shots on target per game.

Igor Thiago - 12/1

Brentford have had an excellent conveyor belt of attacking talent come through the door at the GTECH Community Stadium. Ollie Watkins, Ivan Toney, Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa have all made their mark for the Bees and last season unearthed another supreme acquisition in Igor Thiago.

The Brazilian striker was actually signed by Brentford back in January of 2025 but sustained a season-ending injury, and following the departures of Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa to Manchester United and Newcastle United, respectively, Igor Thiago was left to fill the void.

The Brentford man scored 22 goals last season as Brentford narrowly missed out on European football, and with the Brazilian on penalty duty, expect double figures again this season.

Joao Pedro - 16/1

Chelsea forward Joao Pedro enjoyed a fine debut season at Stamford Bridge despite two managerial changes and a disillusioned project at Chelsea.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion and Watford man scored 15 league goals last season and provided five assists for the Blues, whilst starting 31 league matches. In his two seasons prior, Joao Pedro managed to score 10 and 9, respectively, meaning his goal output has increased from moving to a bigger club, with all due respect.

Chelsea's number 20 will only be playing in three competitions at a maximum this season, with the Blues failing to qualify for Europe, which should mean more recovery time for the Brazilian and greater chances to increase his tally from last season.

Ollie Watkins - 20/1

Ollie Watkins has become a very dependable Premier League striker during his time at Aston Villa, constantly providing goals for the Villains as their status and stock in the last few years.

The former Brentford man scored 16 league goals last season, as Aston Villa secured another qualification for the UEFA Champions League. Watkins has made 221 appearances in the Premier League and is nine goals away from joining the coveted 100 club.

With Aston Villa, competing on multiple fronts, all eyes will be on Watkins once again to deliver for his team.
