Premier League Tips For Every Final Day Match

The Premier League title might have been decided already, but there is still plenty to play for at both ends of the table on the final day of the season.

At the bottom of the table, West Ham know they have to beat Leeds and hope that Everton win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium if the Hammers are to avoid relegation. Spurs need just a point against the Toffees, who have nothing to play for now that they are out of the race for the European places.

Speaking of which, two points separate Sunderland in 10th and Brighton in seventh, with the top eight teams in the Premier League qualifying for European football next season. Brentford and Chelsea sit in 9th and 8th place, and it will be interesting to see who has the most determination and desire on the final day of the campaign.
