The Premier League FINALLY returned after the international break today and what a game we had to kick everything off. Chelsea and Manchester United faced off at Stamford Bridge in a massive game with plenty of pressure on both clubs. The Blues are still unbeaten in all competitions and the Red Devils were desperate for a win, with Jose Mourinho's position as manager under serious scrutiny. The 55 year-old's third season in charge at Old Trafford has been a difficult one and returning to Stamford Bridge he was desperate to win.
Well, it well and truly delivered in terms of entertainment. We had 4 goals with the lead changing hand on 2 occasions and a last gasp equaliser. Mourinho's men looked on course for a precious three points before Ross Barkley slammed home from close range with just seconds remaining. The home crowd, players and staff were elated but one man who wasn't was Mourinho. A member of Chelsea's backroom team appeared to run over to him and make a comment which the United boss really didn't like - resulting in a meltdown from him!
