MK Dons vs Cheltenham Prediction, Tips & Stats

MK Dons will welcome Cheltenham Town to Stadium MK this weekend with the men from Milton Keynes still down in 19th but finally out of the relegation zone after a recent run of unbeaten form before meeting with the Robins.

During this period, MK Dons have managed to beat Morecambe thanks to a goal from Jonathan Leko in the second half. Mark Jackson's side then went on to draw with Wycombe Wanderers, Portsmouth and Derby County in League One, which is commendable given how all those three sides are aiming to get into the top six this season.

As for Cheltenham, they remain in 16th after drawing with Ipswich Town after also losing to Lincoln City last weekend.

MK Dons are still priced at 1/1 to win in this one and are at 19/20 on the full time result 2UP market - if your team takes a two goal lead at any stage before full time, they'll immediately settle your bet as a winner.

The Robins come into this game at 13/5 and we are seeing Mohamed Eisa at 5/1 to score and 5/1 to score last alongside a 15/8 price to net anytime - Will Grigg is the same odds.

          MK Dons team news

Will Grigg was on the bench once more for the draw with Derby last time out and we expect him to start here as a result. Ethan Robson is also back in the squad here and should start after getting minutes in the last outing. Bradley Johnson and Conor Michael Grant could start after coming off the bench last time out, but Max Dean will miss this game with an injury. Mohamed Eisa and Nathan Holland should remain in the forward three alongside Jonathan Leko with there looking like no new injuries in the setup for MK Dons.

          Cheltenham team news

Cheltenham held their own against Ipswich Town last time out but they are expected to make changes in this one after another rapid turnaround. Will Goodwin and Alfie May will stay up top after the latter scored the late equaliser against Ipswich. Caleb Taylor is now expected to come into the side with William Ferry and Aidan Keena also expected to get minutes after coming off the bench in the last outing. Taylor Perry is also back in the squad now for Wade Elliot to call upon, and we expect Charlie Brown to start this one after he missed the draw with Ipswich
