Crawley Town and Forest Green will clash in a crucial battle at the Broadfield Stadium with two sides at the bottom end of the table meeting with one another with aims to put together a strong message to survive.
Crawley are no doubt in a much better spot than Forest Green right now, and in truth, with a 17-point gap on them in 23rd, it looks as if their relegation fears are gone. There is still 16 games left to play and anything can happen, but Crawley's 12 wins so far has put them on a much better record than those around that.
In fact, only Accrington Stanley has a better wins record right now over them in the bottom half of the table, with Crawley coming into this game with 14 losses on the board as well. The club have managed to let in 49 goals, however, with 45 goals scored putting them as the top scorers in the bottom half of the table behind Swindon Town.
Crawley are, however, without a win in the past five games since beating Bradford City. Danilo Oris scored twice that day, including a 97th-minute penalty, while Klaidi Lolos netted even later with a finish three minutes later. Adam Campbell also bagged late on, meaning three goals came in within the final 15 minutes of the game for Crawley.
Despite that great day, two League Two losses against Morecambe and Crewe Alexandra came in, while they also lost to Peterborough United in a Football League Trophy third round battle. The club drew with Walsall at home last time out, as Liam Kelly scored in the second half to earn them a point.
Forest Green are in 23rd and occupying the final relegation spot, but they managed to return to winning ways in a fantastic 2-1 win away to Barrow where Kyle McAllister and Emmanuel Osadebe scored.
