Grimsby Town and Leyton Orient will clash in League Two this weekend as the league leaders look to extend their exceptional lead at the top of the table just as the home side look for just their second win of the month.
Grimsby head into this game having drawn 0-0 with Harrogate Town last weekend in what was a very dull and lacklustre game - there were just three shots on target across the two teams that day.
Prior to this, however, Paul Hurst's men managed to defeat Northampton Town 2-1 in arguably Grimsby's best performance of the season in League Two. Luke Waterfall scored that day before Anthony Driscoll-Glennon netted the winning goal in the 91st minute from 1-0 down.
Orient narrowly beat Crawley Town last weekend with a goal from Idris El Mizouni. This extended Orient's winning run to five games since losing to second-placed Stevenage in January and with the latter side slipping up in recent weeks since then, Orient are now 13 clear of Stevenage at the top of the table. On the other hand, Stevenage remain well in with a shout of the title, as the have three games in hand.
