FC Dallas vs. Nashville Prediction, Tips & Stats

Two sides at the top end of their respective conference meet in MLS this weekend as FC Dallas face Nashville.

FC Dallas currently sit 4th in MLS's Western Conference with six wins, five draws and four losses from fifteen games this season.

It's been an impressive campaign for Dallas so far as they find themselves well inside the play-off places and just three points off the top of the table.

They're coming into this game slightly out of form, however, having failed to win any of their last three matches, drawing two and losing one of them.

Their most recent game saw them fall to a disappointing 2-1 defeat away at Sporting KC.

Their form at home is much more encouraging, however, with Dallas having won two and drawn two of their last four games on home soil.

Dallas will want to keep pace with the leading pack in the Western Conference so they need to bring their winless run to a halt.

It won't, however, be in any way easy as they face a tough Nashville side here.

Nashville currently sit 2nd in MLS's Eastern Conference with eight wins, four draws and three losses from fifteen games this season.

It's been an excellent campaign for Nashville so far as they look like one of the early title favourites amid strong start to the season.

They enter this game in good form too having won three of their last five matches, the most recent of which was a thumping 3-1 win over fellow play-off contenders Columbus Crew.

Away from home they've been a mixed bag of late having won two, drawn one and lost two of their last five games on the road.

They can feel very confident coming into this game having won both of their last two head-to-head meetings with Dallas by a combined scoreline of 6-0, the most recent of which was a 2-0 win in the US Open Cup just last month.

Nashville will be looking to capitalise on Dallas' shaky run of form and given their own exploits you'd have to argue they're in with a good chance here.

For our Dallas vs. Nashville prediction, we're going for a 2-2 draw.
