Brighton & Hove Albion are still eyeing up the top four this Sunday when they clash with the last-placed Sheffield United who head into this game having finally got their first win in all competitions this past weekend.
Not just was the recent win over Wolverhampton Wanderers the first of the Premier League season for Sheffield United, but after losing to Lincoln City in the second round of the EFL Cup, it is also their first win in any regard.
The Blades took the lead when Cameron Archer scored his first goal of the season in the second half. However, it seemed as if Wolves nicked a draw with a finish in the 89th minute until chaos and a lengthy VAR check ensured. Captain Oliver Norwood stepped up to the plate in the 100th minute and slotted the ball home to earn the club their first win of the campaign.
As for Brighton, a recent drop in form over the past two months has seen them move out of the top four and into seventh. On the other hand, it's still been a great season for Roberto De Zerbi's men and nobody seems to want. to play them, evident to the fact they are also going well in the Europa League after beating Ajax in Amsterdam in midweek after beating them two weeks ago at the AMEX. They've also drawn against Marseille in France so far.
De Zerbi's side did draw 1-1 with Everton and Fulham before this, however, and as they lost Manchester City at the Etihad, Aston Villa at Villa Park and drew with Liverpool, the Seagulls now sit on a six-game winless run in the Premier League.
Ferguson to take 3+ shots on target, Norwood to be carded and 4+ corners in each half is at 14/1 after signing a new long-term deal, while Ferguson to score 2+ goals is at 13/2 - he is Brighton's top Premier League scorer this season so far with five. 2+ shots on target each team in each half is also at 13/2 and Archer 2+ shots on target is up at 6/1 after his goal - Archer has also had three shots on target across his last two Premier League starts
