Luton Town are back at Kenilworth Road where fans should be hopeful of getting all three points for the first time in their history on home soil with Crystal Palace losing at home to Everton just before the international break.
The Hatters have been pushed out of the relegation zone in the past week with a 10-point deduction for Everton throwing them into the bottom three instead. Nevertheless, this cannot overlook the fact Luton have had just one win on the board all season long and remain winless at Kenilworth Road.
Oddly enough, that win came against Everton at Goodison Park, but with a loss at home immediately after to the relegation-sitting Burnley summarises how poor they have been this campaign. Further losses to Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa throughout October meant they left that month with only a draw with Nottingham Forest to boast of. The Hatters were also brutally denied all three points for the first time ever when they met with Liverpool, as Tahith Chong scored his first-ever Premier League goal before Luis Diaz equalised in the dying embers of the game.
A loss at Old Trafford to Manchester United would follow, and they are now sitting with six points, eight losses and just 10 goals scored from the 12 matches so far.
As for Palace, they head into this match off the back of a 3-2 loss at Selhurst Park to Everton, as Eberechi Eze scored after five minutes from the penalty spot before an equaliser from the Toffees, who took the lead after just one minute. Odsonne Edouard soon equalised at the time to make it 2-2.
