Manchester United are back at Old Trafford as they look to stamp their marker down on the top four with Aston Villa's sensational form under Unai Emery set to face it's biggest test as the club charge towards Europe.
Emery has been an absolute sensation so far at Villa Park. He is already the first manager in Premier League history to have his side score at least one goal in the first 20 games he has been at the helm, and with United drawing with Tottenham Hotspur in midweek, it has now allowed Villa a better path into fifth.
Fourth spot is not ruled out just yet for them, but with United's games in hand, even a win at Old Trafford would likely not be enough for them.
All attention for Emery will turn towards a spot in the Europa League, as they now sit behind Spurs on goals difference and six behind United. Villa have let in 12 goals fewer than Spurs, but they sit with 14 goals fewer scored with both sides winning 16 games and losing 11. Villa do play against Spurs in two weeks and it is set to be one of the biggest games in their recent Premier League history.
Regardless of results in these crucial games, Villa have been incredible under Emery and they now head into this one with a 10-game unbeaten run that has seen them win 2-0 at Stamford Bridge, 3-0 at home to Newcastle United, and also beat Bournemouth, Nottingham Forest, Everton away from home and Fulham on Tuesday.
As for United, they blew a 2-0 lead in the second half against Spurs on Thursday after goals from Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford in the first 45. It still keeps them six clear of the Lilywhites in the battle for the top four, while also having two games in hand to play because of their FA Cup run.
It does, however, put United on a three-game winless run in 90 minutes having lost 3-0 away to Sevilla and beating Brighton & Hove Albion on penalties before the draw with Spurs.
