It's been a pretty solid start to proceedings for a Hungary side that have been performing consistently well since surprising many people in the Group of death at EURO 2020 by drawing with both France and Germany.
They enter this game good form, unbeaten in their last five matches having won three of their last four.
Their form at home has been impressive of late too, with the Hungarians winning each of their last three consecutive games on home soil having also kept two clean sheets on the bounce.
Hungary have developed into a very strong team and one that is capable of springing shock results on superior opponents.
They're in a very good position to qualify from this group and they should add three more points to their tally here in what should be a straightforward victory.
Lithuania currently sit 4th in qualifying Group G with one draw and one loss from two games so far.
First off Lithuania fell to an expected 2-0 defeat away in Serbia before 1-1 draw with Bulgaria last time out.
They can take a lot of confidence from the draw with Bulgaria as they displayed an immense amount of heart having been reduced to ten men after just seventeen minutes while going on to not concede a goal for the remainder of the game.
They're still entering this game amidst a concerning run of form, however, having failed to win any of their last twelve matches having lost three of their last four.
They've been very poor away from home, too, having drawn one and lost three of their last five games on the road without scoring a single goal.
Lithuania will compete with Bulgaria to avoid finishing bottom of this group and they seem very likely to slump to defeat in this one.
