Portugal are aiming to keep up their perfect start to life in Group J of the Euro 2024 qualifiers with a trip to Iceland up next for Cristiano Ronaldo and co. as the former Manchester United man aims to get his 200th cap this Tuesday.
Ronaldo failed to score in the 3-0 win over Bosnia with his former United teammate stealing the headlines with two goals alongside a finish from Bernardo Silva. It now leaves Portugal with three wins from three games and with 13 goals scored and not a single one let in so far.
As for Iceland, it's been a tough beginning for them in Group J after another defeat at the hands of Slovakia keeps them down in fifth with just one win on the board. They did, however, defeat Liechtenstein 7-0 that day, which is the highest-scoring win in the group so far. On the other hand, a loss to Bosnia and Herzegovina keeps the nation four behind the final tournament qualification spots.
Cristiano Ronaldo to score a hat trick is boosted to 12/1 in this game and he has scored four times in his last three games for Portugal. Bruno Fernandes 2+ shots on target is also at 6/4, as Fernandes hit the target twice, scoring both, in his last outing for Portugal. Ronaldo to score first and either Portugal 3-0 or Portugal 3-1 is also up at 8/1.
