        Manchester United vs Liverpool Prediction & Betting Tips

        Manchester United welcome Liverpool to Old Trafford this Sunday in the Quarter-finals of the FA Cup. While both sides have different experiences in the Premier League this season, both sides will be looking to book their spot in the Semi-finals.

        Liverpool aim to book another trip to Wembley after their League Cup Final triumph whereas Man United will be looking to make the Final yet again this season.

        Manchester United currently sit sixth after 28 games. The Red Devils have 15 wins, two draws and 11 losses, leaving them on 47 points just six points behind Tottenham.

        The Red Devils have a good record in the competition, having lifted the FA Cup on 11 occasions. Along with this, United have also made nine other occasions, including last season’s Final where The Red Devils lost 2 - 1 to rivals Manchester City and the 2018 Final where they lost 1 - 0 to Chelsea.

        Erik Ten Hag will be missing the likes of Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez, Mason Mount, Anthony Martial and Omari Forson this weekend. However, Tyrell Malacia, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire and Rasmus Hojlund could also return this weekend.

        Jurgen Klopp will be without Joel Matip, Alisson, Diogo Jota, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Curtis Jones, Ryan Gravenberch, Stefan Bajcetic and Thiago this weekend. However, Ibrahima Konate could return for The Reds.

        Back in the Premier League, Liverpool took on Nottingham Forest. Darwin Nunez scored the winner in the 99th minute to give Liverpool the 1 - 0 win in controversial fashion.

        In the first leg of the Europa League Round of 16, Liverpool travelled to Czechia to take on Sparta Prague. An own goal from Conor Bradley got Sparta Prague on the scoresheet, but a brace from Nunez and goals from Alexis Mac Allister, Luis Diaz and Dominik Szoboszlai gave Liverpool the 5 - 1 win. Jurgen Klopp's side breezed past Sparta in the second-leg at Anfield via a 6-1 scoreline as Nunez, Bobby Clark, Mohamed Salah, Cody Gakpo (2) and Szoboszlai all got on the scoresheet to seal an 11-2 aggregate win.

        The most recent league outing for Liverpool was a big game at the top of the table against Manchester City. John Stones opened the scoring for City but a penalty from Mac Allister early in the second half rescued a 1 - 1 draw for Liverpool.
