This weekend, Football League clubs will be showing their support to the Heads Up campaign with the aim to encourage and inform us of how we can kick off a conversation about mental health.

The charity Mind, claims that only 1 in 3 football fans feel comfortable talking about mental health and are embracing and supporting the #HeadsUp campaign as well as providing their own tips on how we can start the conversation and make make more people feel comfortable and confident to talk about it.
This weekend will see many Football League clubs display the #HeadsUp logo on their training and match shirts to show their support to the campaign, as well as various managers and players taking part in interviews and videos where they’ve given their thoughts and support.
"Just something simple as speaking has a massive impact on mental health."
