League One Acca Tip

ClockStarts: 6 Hours 25 Minutes

Northampton Town vs Lincoln City

Northampton Town are without a victory in their last four matches and the home side have failed to score in each of their previous three games. Last season, the Cobblers only won seven matches at home in the league, losing nine and conceding 31 in 23 games.

Lincoln City have won three of their previous four matches in all competitions and have scored first in four of their last five games. Following their 3-2 victory against Plymouth Argyle at the weekend, the Imps should be able to overcome a Northampton side who have only won once at home in their last five matches.

Tip: Lincoln City to win

Port Vale vs Stevenage

Stevenage have had an excellent start to their league campaign, and are the only side in League One with a perfect record after three matches.

The home side have been efficient in the attacking department so far this season, scoring six goals in three matches, with forward Jamie Reid expected to make an impact given his three goals already this season.

Port Vale have not beaten Stevenage in the last four meetings between the two sides.

Tip: Stevenage to win

Peterborough United vs Barnsley

Peterborough United are in terrible form, having not recorded a competitive victory since the EFL Trophy final back in April. The Posh have lost their previous five matches and have conceded six goals in three matches in the league this season.

To provide greater context to Peterborough United's defensive record, only Crawley Town last season who were relegated had a worst defensive record than Darren Ferguson's side.

Barnsley are unbeaten in their previous six matches and in the last three against Peterborough United. The visitors will fancy their chances against a side that clearly have issues in the defensive areas.

Tip: Barnsley to win

Plymouth Argyle vs Leyton Orient

Plymouth Argyle are at the bottom of League One after three matches and the Pilgrims have conceded first in each of their previous five matches.

Tom Cleverley has not had a great start as Plymouth Argyle manager, as the home side have also been behind at half-time in their previous five matches.

Leyton Orient are coming into this game, having picked up four points from their last two league matches.

Tip: Leyton Orient to win

Luton Town vs Wigan Athletic

Luton Town are unbeaten in the last three meetings between the two sides, and the Hatters are looking to extend their 100% record at home so far this season. The home side have kept two clean sheets in three matches this season, with their 1-0 win against AFC Wimbledon and their 2-0 victory away at Peterborough United.

Wigan Athletic have lost their only game away from home in League One this season and against Luton Town they have failed to keep a clean sheet in four matches.

Tip: Luton Town to win

Stockport County vs Bradford City

Stockport County's home record from last season has carried on this season, as heading into this game, the home side has won 10 of their last 12 home matches in League One. Stockport County are also unbeaten in their previous four matches coming into this game.

The Bantams laboured to a 0-0 draw in their only away game in League One this season, when they travelled to Northampton.

Tip: Stockport County to win
