Norwich City are on the lookout for a new manager following Daniel Farke’s surprise sacking after their 2-1 victory over Brentford on Saturday. Farke had spent four years at Carrow Road and had overseen two promotions to the Premier League on what was fairly limited funding and will undoubtedly leave the club with a good reputation from their fans.

Norwich City Next Manager Odds
Frank Lampard Odds: 2/1
Frank Lampard is the bookies favourite to become the next manager of Norwich.
The 43-year-old has been without a club following his sacking by Chelsea in January 2020 due to a poor run of form that had seen the Blues win just two of their last eight league games under the former Derby County manager over the festive period.
However, following the aftermath of his sacking, there were rumours of the Chelsea transfer team signing players that he wasn’t interested in bringing to the club, which was essentially the downturn in his form at the Bridge, as he managed to finish fourth in the Premier League with them in 2019/20 having had a transfer ban.
This job would be a good one for someone like Lampard who had previously managed at clubs that expected good results in the short term and this is a case where he will be given time but will be somewhat expected to get the Canaries closer to safety.
Kjetil Knutsen Odds: 5/2
Bode/Glimt manager Kjetil Knutsen is also on this list of managers who has been linked to the vacancy at Carrow Road.
Knutsen’s side have made the headlines of late, as they beat AS Roma 6-1 in the Europa Conference league, before defeating the Serie A outfit 2-1 at the Stadio Olimpico. The 53-year-old has won Eliteserien manager of the year in each of the last two seasons and lead his side to a league title in 2020.
The Norwegian is priced at 5/2 to be appointed as Norwich manager.
Roy Hodgson Odds: 4/1
Former England and Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson is also on this list of coaches that are in consideration for the job at Norwich.
The 74-year-old has a proven track record of keeping clubs in the Premier League, having done so at Fulham, West Brom and Palace and this could be useful for a young Norwich squad who lack experience in this field, having been relegated from England’s top-flight in the 2019/20 season.
Hodgson hasn’t had a job since his contract was allowed to expire at his boyhood club Palace in the summer and didn’t rule himself out of taking another role in football.
Hodgson has the odds of 4/1 to become the Canaries next manager.
Mark Robins Odds: 7/1
Former Norwich striker Mark Robins has been linked to the job at his old club.
The 51-year-old has done an incredible job at his current side Coventry City, as he has overseen the Sky Blues through promotions from League Two and League One, whilst winning an EFL Trophy and now sees Coventry sit in fourth place in the Championship.
Prior to his incredible achievements, Robins has also had an array of experience with struggling sides such as Rotherham United, Barnsley, Huddersfield Town and Scunthorpe United.
Robins has the odds of 7/1 to become the Canaries next manager after Farke.
Steve Bruce Odds: 10/1
The final manager on this list is another former Norwich player in Steve Bruce.
Bruce was recently relieved of his duties from Newcastle, but, has experience of keeping clubs in the Premier League, having guided Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic, Sunderland, Hull City and Newcastle United all to safety in his 23-year managerial career.
The 60-year-old may need some convincing to become a manager again after stating that his role at St James’ Park could be his last role due to the sheer amount of toxicity that the former Manchester United defender felt.
