Leeds v Chelsea: Chelsea to win to nil

Thomas Tuchel has had an impressive start to his reign as Chelsea boss; unbeaten in his first 11 games in all competitions, winning eight. Another remarkable stat is that in those 11 games, his side have kept nine clean sheets – including against the likes of Liverpool, Spurs and Atletico Madrid - and only conceded two goals.

The German tactician will be hoping his side can make it nine wins out of 12 when they visit Leeds in Saturday’s early kick-off. A win for Chelsea will put them above Leicester City in third on goal difference and one point away from second-placed Manchester United, as the battle for those important Champions League places heats up. Leeds, on the other hand, have lost their last two league games, losing 1-0 at home to Aston Villa before defeat last time out at West Ham.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side have failed to score in both of their last games, and we can see that happening again against a Chelsea side that has been rock-solid at the back since Tuchel’s arrival. Odds are 9/4 with Skybet for Chelsea to win to nil against Leeds on Saturday.

Lille v Monaco: Lille to win and BTTS

There’s a chance for Lille to go five points clear of PSG in the French Ligue 1, when they travel to Monaco in a massive game on Sunday afternoon.

Lille are two clear of the Parisians heading into the weekend and with a win away to Monaco, they will extend that gap before the defending champions play later in the day. Christophe Galtier’s side are unbeaten in their last ten league games, beating Marseille in their last match.

Monaco will be a tough game, however, with Niko Kovac’s side sitting comfortably in fourth spot. They lost their last game out away to Strasbourg which ended a good run of form. There are still some good attacking options such as Wissam Ben Yedder and Kevin Volland who can produce some magic to get on the scoresheet, but we think Lille will just edge it by outscoring their opponents and keeping their run at the top of the league going.

Odds are 5/1 with Skybet for both to score and Lille coming out on top.

Leipzig v Frankfurt: Leipzig to win and over 2.5 goals

A big clash in the Bundesliga sees second entertain fourth, with RB Leipzig hosting Frankfurt on Sunday afternoon. The home side will be wanting to keep the pressure on table toppers Bayern Munich, with Leipzig just two points off the Bavarians (five if Bayern win at Werder Bremen on Saturday).

Frankfurt won’t be an easy win though, with Adi Hutter’s side looking to hold on to their place in the top four, currently three points above fifth-placed Bayer Leverkusen. A high scoring game could well be on the horizon, with two sets of stellar attacking talent on show.

RB Leipzig have scored a whopping 13 goals in their last five Bundesliga games, with Frankfurt scoring nine in their last five. Skybet have an 11/8 price on RB Leipzig winning with over 2.5 goals in the game.

Atletico v Getafe: Suarez to score and win

The Spanish league leaders are in action on Saturday night, with Atletico Madrid looking to extend their margin at the top when they face a trip to Getafe. Diego Simeone’s men are six points clear at the top heading into the weekend, with Real Madrid playing earlier on Saturday and Barcelona not playing until Monday.

That gives Los Rojiblancos a chance to extend the gap against a Getafe side that aren’t in the best of form coming into the tie. The 15th placed side are five points off the relegation zone after losing five of their last six. Luis Suarez put his side in front in the huge Madrid derby last weekend before a late Karim Benzema leveller claimed a point for Zinedine Zidane’s men.

The Uruguayan also got on the scoresheet to score the winner in midweek against Athletic Bilbao. We’ve gone for Suarez to find the net yet again on Saturday, adding to the 18 goals he’s got in La Liga this season – only Lionel Messi has scored more.

Odds are 7/4 on Skybet for Suarez to score and win.

Juventus v Cagliari: Ronaldo to score and win

After a devastating Champions League exit on Tuesday at the hands of Porto, Andrea Pirlo will be after a big response from his Juventus side when they return to domestic action against Cagliari on Sunday night.

The Old Lady have a lot of work to do if they’re to salvage their Serie A season, currently a staggering ten points away from leaders Inter Milan with a game in hand. With fifth-placed Atalanta just three points adrift, Juve need to keep winning games in the league to avoid their poor season being a total disaster that could see them slip out of the Champions League places.

They travel to Cagliari at the weekend, a team that are only just keeping their head above the drop zone with two points separating them from the bottom three. The Islanders drew last time out at Sampdoria after winning two on the bounce. Cristiano Ronaldo has continued being ruthless in front of goal this season, with 20 league goals that make him the top scorer in the competition.

Odds are 21/10 for the legendary attacker to get on the scoresheet again at the weekend and help his team to a much-needed victory.
