Troy deeney burnley odds

As Troy Deeney could leave Watford. The Englishman has been getting a lot of attention from potential next clubs he could be joining. One of them being Burnley, who are eager to sign Watford forward during this summer transfer window.

Burnley is definitely the frontrunner in the race to sign Deeney ever since the player hinted he’d soon be playing his last game for Watford. Though the club has some competition from Tottenham, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Everton and West Ham who are also looking to snatch up the 32-year-old striker.

Deeney would fit into Burnley perfectly on multiple levels, one of them being his consistently proven goal records and his prolific campaign at Premier League level. The Englishman also has his previous relationship with Burnley manager Sean Dyche playing in his favour. The two worked together back when Dyche was his manager at the Hornets in 2011-2012. He could definitely be a good asset at Burnley and is currently the 9/4 favourite.

deeney to spurs odds

Rumours have risen that Watford captain Troy Deeney could potentially join Tottenham Hotspur this summer transfer window. The club is looking to find a cover for striker Harry Kane and have their eyes set on Deeney. Spurs are looking into getting the striker on loan from Watford, offering a loan switch.

The club is then hoping on signing him free next summer when his contract officially runs out, offering the player the permanent deal if he can keep his goal scores up for Tottenham during that loan period.

Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham could really do with a player like Deeney, strengthening his attack which has not been all that since Troy Parrott’s loan move to Millwall. Tottenham currently come in as 5/1 favourites to land Deeney.

Also in the running for Watford striker Deeney is Aston Villa. The club has an excellent defence in place but lack some good goal scorers. And so, their search had begun, with their eyes on the sought-after Deeney who’s gaining a lot of interest from other clubs.

Deeney would fill that position in perfectly at Villa, with his excellent goal records he could bring a brilliant play to the club providing a strong presence up front. Having done just that at Watford with his 47 Premier League goals. The club currently stands as 9/1 favourites.
