Brighton top four odds

The top four currently consists of Chelsea, Manchester City, West Ham United and Liverpool, and each team looks very impressive so far this season but with the December period being so hectic, it could make or break teams.

Brighton & Hove Albion have been one of the most impressive teams so far this season under Graham Potter, as he currently has his Brighton in seventh, just five points from Liverpool who sit fourth.

It will be a very hard job for Potter to guide his Brighton side into the top four by Christmas, especially with Brighton without a win in their last five games but their defensive record so far is very impressive. They have conceded a joint-fourth lowest 12 goals so far this season, and if they can add a few more goals in their games, it could see them rise further up the table.

Spurs top four odds

Tottenham Hotpsur so far this season have endured real struggles in many areas, as their attack is one of the worst in the league with only nine goals in 11 games. Such a statistic is the second lowest in the league, but combine this with their 16 goals conceded, it has left them struggling to stay inside the top eight and the sacking of their manager, Nuno Espirito Santo.

An upside for Spurs fans is that on international duty Harry Kane has found his goalscoring boots, scoring seven goals in two England matches could be the catalyst that Spurs need for them to rise up the table, but against San Marino and Albania, do take this with a pinch of salt.

With new manager Antonio Conte and his reputation of making his teams defensively solid, he could turn the Tottenham team into a side that could challenge for the top four by Christmas, especially with the firepower he has upfront with Kane and Son.

At 11/1 and with the addition of Conte, it's the pick of the bunch here.

Man United top four odds

Manchester United at the start of the season were considered as a title challenger after a very impressive summer transfer window, bringing in Raphael Varane, Jadon Sancho, and Cristiano Ronaldo. However, it could be questioned if they could even be in the top four by Christmas, which was unimaginable for the newbies joining.

Their performances so far this season have been very, very underwhelming, despite being only five points off the top four. Their team have been very disjointed across the field, with a massive regression from last season defensively, conceding 17 goals so far already - this is the joint seventh-worst in the league.

What could see an upturn in form for United could be a change in manager, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer the favourite to be the next manager sacked (1/3). A new manager, although unlikely with Conte at Spurs and Mauricio Pochettino in Paris, could get the team's defensive stability back on track, and with the wealth of attacking talent on the team, this should do the work itself.

Crystal Palace top four odds

Crystal Palace saw a lot of change over the summer with a new manager in Patrick Vieira and a lot of player movement with nine players leaving on free transfers. However, their signings and new style of play have seen them be one of the most impressive teams so far this season out of the bunch expected to finish in the bottom half.

Although they currently sit 10th in the table, they are unbeaten in their last six games, which included a very impressive 2-0 win at the Etihad against champions Manchester City. This form has seen them only be beaten twice so far this season, conceding the second least expected goals in the league so far all of which, in reality, does point towards top four form.

Palace have drawn six games so far this season, however, which is why they are still a huge outsider at 66/1 to get top four at Christmas.
