The top four currently consists of Chelsea, Manchester City, West Ham United and Liverpool, and each team looks very impressive so far this season but with the December period being so hectic, it could make or break teams.
Brighton & Hove Albion have been one of the most impressive teams so far this season under Graham Potter, as he currently has his Brighton in seventh, just five points from Liverpool who sit fourth.
It will be a very hard job for Potter to guide his Brighton side into the top four by Christmas, especially with Brighton without a win in their last five games but their defensive record so far is very impressive. They have conceded a joint-fourth lowest 12 goals so far this season, and if they can add a few more goals in their games, it could see them rise further up the table.
