5 Premier League Request A Bets to Look Out For

There were just three occasions last season when Manchester City didn’t score in a Premier League game. Those came against Southampton and twice against Crystal Palace as they faced resilient defences who rode their luck at times. 

However, for this upcoming season City have strengthened with the £51 million signing of Erling Haaland.
Arguably one of the the worlds best players, Haaland comes in having scored 62 goals in just 59 starts for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga.

He knows where the back of the net is and when presented with opportunities he rarely misses. We expect the Citizens to dominate next season with plenty of goals coming their way. 

Antonio Conte will be hoping that Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son can carry on their telepathic link-up for Tottenham next season. They are already officially the deadliest duo in Premier League history with them holding the record for combined goals. 

With the way Conte likes his Spurs side to play, we expect them to thrive in the counter-attacking system with them breaking even more records on their way to a Premier League title tilt. Son has set up Kane on 19 occasions with Kane returning the favour 18 times and it doesn’t look like it’ll be stopping any time soon with one of the best managers in the world residing in the Tottenham dugout. 

These are three teams that have been set on improving their squads from last season. Manchester City have brought in Jesus and Fernandinho replacements with both Erling Haaland and Kalvin Phillips moving to the Etihad. 

Liverpool haven’t mulled over the loss of Sadio Mane as they’ve brought in Darwin Nunez and Fabio Carvalho to improve the Reds attack. Meanwhile, Newcastle have brought in defensive reinforcements in the mould of Sven Botman, Matt Targett and Nick Pope whilst they are still looking to improve their attacking exploits. 

With the three sides respectively scoring 99, 94 and 44 goals - we don’t see this as an unrealistic target for the three sides with all three of them improving their squads. 

Domination is the key word when it comes to these two sides. Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola have made their stamp on English football like so few have before them. 

Last season was another key demonstration of that with them both finishing on 90+ points just like they did in the 2018/2019 season. In 2017/2018 the Citizens finished on 100 points whilst two years later Liverpool got a total of 99 points.

Tottenham have had a busy transfer window so far with Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster all joining Antonio Conte’s side, who is looking to improve on their fourth placed finish last season. Conte joined Spurs last season with them eighth in the table and he turned around their fortunes after the sacking of Nuno Espírito Santo. 

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace impressed last season as they finished 12th in the league after a summer overhaul. Patrick Vieira’s side are only expected to get better as they’ve got an array of young talents. 

The likes of Marc Guehi, Michael Olive, Eberechi Eze, Odsonne Edouard and Nathan Ferguson are all 24 or under and will be better equipped for this season after a year of Premier League under their belts. 

However, the same can’t be said for Bournemouth who limped over the line to gain promotion last season despite having an almost ‘galatico’ squad for the level they were at. Scott Parker has come under scrutiny at times for his style of play on the South Coast and his only season in the Premier League ended with Fulham getting relegated at the first time of asking.
