Mega Accumulator Tip Selections

Ipswich Town vs Leicester City - Ipswich to win

Ipswich Town have recovered from their 5-3 defeat a few weeks ago against Wrexham, to win their next three league games against Hull City (1-0), Swansea City (3-0) & Watford (0-2). The Tractor Boys have the second-best home record in the division, only behind league leaders Coventry City. Leicester City are now in the relegation zone following their issues off the pitch. The Foxes have also been suffering in their league form, as the visitors are without a win in their last 10 matches and have conceded first in seven of their last nine matches in all competitions.

Derby County vs Sheffield Wednesday - Derby County to win

Derby County should be the favourites heading into this fixture against a Sheffield United side who are already relegated. The Rams recently recorded a 3-1 victory against Blackburn Rovers, and the home side has won their last two home league fixtures. Sheffield Wednesday’s season was doomed from the start, and now the Owls will be facing League One football next season. The visitors are without a win in their last 30 matches and have lost their previous 13 consecutive matches. Sheffield Wednesday’s last league win was against Portsmouth in September.

Bristol City vs Coventry City - Coventry City to win

Bristol City are seven points adrift of the top six places in the Championship, and the Robins head into this game following a disappointing FA Cup exit to Port Vale in midweek. The home side have won only one league fixture in their last four, with their previous league game resulting in a 2-1 home defeat to Watford. Championship leaders Coventry City have started to pull away from the chasing pack; the Sky Blues are now five points clear of nearest challengers, Middlesbrough. Coventry City are unbeaten in their last five matches, while picking up a maximum of 12 points from their last four league fixtures.

Charlton Athletic vs Birmingham City - Birmingham City to win

Charlton Athletic head into this game with no wins in their previous four matches, with two draws against Southampton (1-1), West Bromwich Albion (1-1) and two defeats against Wrexham (0-1) and Portsmouth (1-3). Birmingham City have performed well on their travels in recent weeks with wins against Norwich City (1-2), Oxford United (0-2) and Sheffield Wednesday (0-2). The Blues were the victors in the reverse fixture with a 1-0 win at St.Andrews.

Bolton Wanderers vs Wycombe Wanderers - Bolton to win

Bolton Wanderers are on a ten-game unbeaten run following their excellent 5-1 away victory against Exeter City. At home, the Trotters have picked up 10 points from their last four home matches, while scoring first in each of their last five league games under Steven Schumacher. While Wycombe Wanderers have won their last three games, the Chairboys have had their struggles away from home, with two wins in their last five visits on the road. Wycombe Wanderers have only won three matches away from home this season, scoring 14 and conceding 20.

Plymouth Argyle vs Doncaster Rovers - Plymouth to win

Plymouth Argyle's league form has improved in recent weeks, as the Pilgrims have won three of their last four league games with victories against Cardiff City (5-2), Leyton Orient (1-3) and Blackpool (0-4). Doncaster Rovers are coming into this game on the back of two consecutive defeats against Stockport County in the EFL Trophy semi-final and a crushing 4-0 defeat at home to Cardiff City. The visitors have won the last three meetings between the two sides.

Bristol Rovers vs Crewe Alexandra - Crewe to win

Bristol Rovers have moved themselves away from the relegation zone in recent weeks; however, Steve Evans' side still head into this game with three defeats in their last five, with losses to Oldham Athletic (2-0), Cambridge United (3-1) and Chesterfield (2-3). The Pirates have failed to keep a clean sheet in their previous five matches. Crewe Alexandra are in good form as the visitors occupy the final playoff spot in League Two. The away side’s only recent defeat was a 1-0 home defeat to Fleetwood Town, as the visitors have won three of their last four league games with wins over Tranmere Rovers (2-1), Swindon Town (1-2) and Gillingham (1-0).
