Colorado were beaten 3-0 away at LAFC last time out, however, this defeat come after earning 4-1, 3-0 and 2-0 victories over Montreal, St Louis City and Austin.

Sporting Kansas City have managed just two wins in their last five matches, having beaten Austin 2-0 and Seattle Sounders 2-1 on either side of 4-0, 4-3 and 4-2 defeats to Columbus Crew, Real Salt Lake and LA Galaxy.

LA Galaxy hosts LAFC at the Dignity Health Sports Park in what will be a meeting of third and first in the Western Conference of the MLS.

The Galaxy have won all of their last four matches since losing 2-1 to Chicago Fire on 2nd June, having beaten Sporting Kansas City 4-2, New York City 2-0, Real Salt Lake 1-0 and San Jose Earthquakes 3-0.

LAFC are unbeaten in their last five games, as they earned 1-0 and 3-1 victories over Dallas and Orlando City before drawing 1-1 with Austin FC and defeating San Jose Earthquakes 6-2 and Colorado Rapids 3-0.
