Bottom of the table will meet with a side eyeing up Championship football with Forest Green set to welcome Barnsley to the New Lawn Stadium with the home side staring in the face of an immediate return to League Two.
Duncan Ferguson has struggled to change things around since the former Everton manager took the helm in Gloucestershire. His side are now coming into this one after losing to Portsmouth, Derby County and Wycombe Wanderers without scoring a single of their own and letting in five.
They did, however, stun Sheffield Wednesday at the end of March in an incredible 1-0 win as last place beat top of League One thanks to a first half goal from Jordon D'Andre Garrick.
Regardless of that incredible win, Forest Green remain down in 24th place with just six wins on the board from 41 games and 27 games lost already in the league - no side across the Football League has lost more games. At the same time, they've managed to concede 76 goals and this is also the most let in across the Football League, while the Gloucestershire side have scored just 29 of their own.
Barnsley managed to secure a 2-1 win at Oakwell over Shrewsbury to moved them back into the win column after previously losing to Burton Albion 2-1. The Tykes also managed to smash Morecambe 5-0 at the start of April which saw five different goalscorers get in on the act.
Barnsley are now into fourth and above Peterborough United in fifth by eight points in the table with 24 wins from their 40 games. At the same time, their 40 games played means a game in hand over the Posh and even a game in hand over Sheffield Wednesday at the top of the table which could bring the club to within just three points of the Owls.
