Rochdale will play their final game in the English Football League for at least one year on Monday as they face Harrogate Town in League Two.
Harrogate Town currently sit 19th in League Two with twelve wins, fifteen draws and eighteen losses from forty-five games this season.
Harrogate have had a difficult campaign in League Two but have secured survival with relative comfort in the end having ended the season in strong fashion.
They enter this game having won three of their last four matches, the most recent of which was a huge 2-1 win away at Mansfield Town.
The win at Mansfield was their second on the bounce and was a huge three points over a play-off contender.
Their form at home has been fairly strong too having gone unbeaten in their last seven games on home soil despite having drawn five of those.
Harrogate have shown some very encouraging signs at the back end of the season and they'll hope they can carry this form into next season where they'll aim to have a much more successful campaign.
Rochdale currently sit rock bottom of the League Two table with nine wins, ten draws and twenty-six losses from forty-five games this season.
Rochdale have had a dismal, dismal season for this time around and have, unfortunately, been relegated to the National League after 102 years in the professional pyramid.
It's a huge blow to the club that is not in a healthy state behind the scenes given the lack of finances and poor management higher up in the hierarchy.
They enter this game in fairly poor form overall having won one, drawn two and lost two of their last five games, but having won their most recent game against Sutton United 4-1 they'll fancy themselves to get a second win on the bounce here.
Rochdale will want to end the season in a productive manner and given they're playing a side with nothing to play for they should attack this game with everything they've got.
For our Harrogate vs. Rochdale prediction, we're going for a 2-2 draw.
