Manchester City are looking to keep pace with leaders Arsenal as they take on Fulham in the Premier League this weekend.
- Date: 02/12/2025
- Kick-off: 7:30pm
- Location: Craven Cottage, West London
Fulham come into this game 15th in the Premier League with 17 points from 13 games. The Cottagers have had a slow start to the season, but a few good results in recent weeks have seen them start to climb up the league table.
Marco Silva's side have won three of their last five games in the league, the first of which was a 3-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers, followed by wins over Sunderland (1-0) and, most recently, Tottenham Hotspur (2-1).
The Cottagers are fairly reliable as far as BTTS and over 2.5 goals are concerned, with BTTS occurring in four of their last eight, while over 2.5 goals have been scored in five of their last eight outings.
Manchester City, meanwhile, come into this game with five wins and two losses from their last seven games. After falling to consecutive defeats at the hands of Newcastle and Bayern Leverkusen, City got back to winning ways at the weekend as they beat Leeds United 3-2 thanks to a Phil Foden brace and a goal from Josko Gvardiol. The win means over 2.5 goals have been scored in six of City's last seven games, while BTTS has occurred in five of their last seven outings.
City have been utterly dominant in recent head-to-head meetings between the two teams, winning all of their last 18 competitive clashes in all competitions against Fulham. Over 2.5 goals have been scored in seven of the last eight meetings between the teams, while BTTS has occurred in five of the last seven.
City's extremely favourable record against Fulham stands them in good stead here, and we think they'll come out on top for a much-needed three points.
Fulham 1-2 Manchester City
