England take on Austria at the Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough, as Gareth Southgate’s side look to head into Group D with both form and confidence, whilst Austria are looking to do the same ahead of Group C.

Austria have won just two of their last five matches, beating both Northern Ireland and the Faroe Islands 2-1 and 3-1, whilst recording two score draws against Scotland and Norway, as well as losing 4-0 at home to Denmark last time out.

23-year-old Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic will provide Austria’s main goal threat, having scored three goals in three World Cup qualifiers for Franco Foda’s side. Whilst England’s main striker will likely be one of Harry Kane or Dominic Calvert-Lewin who between them scored 39 Premier League goals, with Kane winning the Golden Boot with 23 to his name.

World Champions France face Wales in a warmup game in what looks like a bit of a mismatch, as Didier Deschamps side prepare to go into the Euros and go one better than they did at Euro 2016, where they were beaten finalists to Portugal on home soil.

France have won four out of their last five matches against Portugal, Sweden, Kazakhstan and Bosnia & Herzegovina, with their most notable being their 4-2 win against the Swedes in the Nations League, where Olivier Giroud scored a brace, as well as seeing Bayern Munich duo Benjamin Pavard and Kingsley Coman get on the scoresheet.

Wales come into this game in good form, winning three of their last four matches against the Republic of Ireland, Finland and the Czech Republic, with the BTTS market landing in two of their last three, most recently in their 3-1 defeat to Belgium in late March, as Harry Wilson’s early opener was cancelled out via goals from Kevin De Bruyne, Thorgen Hazard and Romelu Lukaku.

The Netherlands and Scotland go head-to-head at Estadio Algarve in Portugal as Frank De Boer’s side prepare for their first Euros since 2012, whilst Scotland last played in the competition in Euro 1996.

Holland come into this match in decent form, having won four of their last five matches, beating Gibraltar 7-0, Latvia 2-0, as well as Poland and Bosnia & Herzegovina 2-1 and 3-1, showing that they are susceptible to conceding goals.

Joachim Low’s Germany are looking to put themselves in good stead for the Euros when they take on Denmark on Wednesday.

The 61-year-old has already announced that this will be his last tournament with the national side and will be hoping his side can turn around some of their recent form, as they have won three of their last five matches against Ukraine 3-1, Iceland 3-0 and 1-0, but, have suffered shock 6-0 and 2-1 defeats to Spain and North Macedonia along the way.

Denmark actually come into this match in the better form of the two sides, having four of their last five matches against Austria, Moldova, Israel and Iceland, scoring 16 goals, conceding one in their 2-1 win against the latter.

However, the Danes have shown against Belgium that when their defence is put under pressure that they can fall apart, as they lost 4-2 to Roberto Martinez’s side in the Nations League last November, as Youri Tielemans, Lukaku (2) and De Bruyne all scored for the Red Devils.

The final game on this list of match result and BTTS tips is Romania against Georgia.
