Borussia Dortmund need to keep winning to keep their chances of Champions League football alive and will look to add another three points to their tally when they face a difficult trip to Wolfsburg on Saturday. BVB are in fifth in the Bundesliga, four points adrift of Eintracht Frankfurt in fourth.

Edin Terzic’s side have got a good run going, winning their last three league games - including a 2-0 win last time out against Union Berlin. The hosts have surprised many to reach third in the table so far this season, five points ahead of their weekend opponents. Wolfsburg returned to winning ways last time out to end a run of back-to-back league defeats in the Bundesliga.

They’ll put up a tough battle against Dortmund, but the visitors have plenty of firepower that can get them the win. With Erling Haaland leading the line and Jadon Sancho returning from injury, the Black and Yellows could pick up a huge win to keep their Champions League dream going.

Odds are 5/2 with Skybet for Dortmund to win and both teams to score.

There’s another captivating title race in France, with PSG looking to defend their Ligue 1 trophy. They travel to Metz at the weekend needing a win that could see them go top. Metz are ninth in French first division, comfortably midtable with relegation and European places both looking too far away. It’s just as well, with Metz winning none of their last six league games.

The Parisians go into Saturday’s tie a point below league leaders, Lille, in second. Mauricio Pochettino’s men thrashed Angers 5-0 in the French Cup during the week, on the back of a last gasp win over Saint-Etienne in their last league game. Mauro Icardi scored in both of PSG’S last two games, with a hattrick in midweek coming after he got the winner deep into stoppage time last Sunday.

It took his tally up to 11 for the season in all competitions so far, he’s odds of 13/10 to add another to that and help his team to an important win to send PSG top.

There’s an enthralling title race ongoing in Spain, with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla and Atletico Madrid all still fighting for the La Liga trophy. Los Blancos entertain Real Betis on Saturday looking to make a big step forward in the race for the Spanish league crown.

Zinedine Zidane’s men are unbeaten in their last 12 league games, winning two of their last three. Karim Benzema bagged a brace on Wednesday to seal a 3-0 win away at Cadiz. It saw Madrid reach the top of the league on goal difference with Atletico not playing until Thursday night.

Sevilla have staged a late fight for the title and are three points below the Madrid clubs in third whilst Barcelona are fourth, with five points separating them from the top two.

Betis are in fifth-placed in the table but have failed to win in their last four league games. They’ll also be without star man Nabil Fekir for the trip to Madrid at the weekend, who got sent off in the goalless stalemate with Athletic Bilbao during the week. Skybet have a 2/1 price for Real Madrid to win with both teams scoring.

Inter Milan can go another step further in securing the Serie A title on Sunday when they host Hellas Verona at the San Siro. A disappointing draw away at Spezia during the week was their second consecutive draw, after 11 straight wins Italy’s top tier.

Their lead at the top is now nine points heading into the weekend, where they’ll be strong favourites against a Verona side that have lost four of their last five league games.

Antonio Conte has turned his side into a well-oiled machine, and no-one in the league has conceded less that the Nerazzurri this campaign. Odds are 11/10 for Inter to win to nil on Sunday.

Brighton know that they aren’t completely out of the woods when it comes to the relegation battle in the Premier League. They travel to Bramall Lane at the weekend hoping for a win that would give them a lot of breathing space from the bottom three, facing an already-relegated Sheffield United side that can’t buy a win. The Blades have lost their last six league games in a row, as Paul Heckingbottom and his team falter at the basement of the table.

Their fate of Championship football next season is already sealed, and United will be looking ahead to next season and a response after a devastating campaign.

Brighton aren’t safe from that threat yet, with seven points separating them from the bottom three with six games to go. They’ve picked up two good points in recent games with a draw away at Chelsea and at home to Everton. Danny Welbeck has been a bright spark for the Seagulls, looking lively and threatening in front of goal. He even scored earlier in the month against Manchester United, and hit the post in the last game against Chelsea on Tuesday. Welbeck is 9/4 to get on the scoresheet with Brighton picking up all three points.
