Dusan Vlahovic Transfer Odds

With Harry Kane being linked to a move away from north London, Dusan Vlahovic would be a good alternative to replace the Englishman after impressing at Euro 2020. Vlahvoic is valued at £36m by Transfermakrt which would only take up a small amount of the money received from a Kane transfer, if his £100m+ transfer goes ahead.

Vlahovic may be a good fit for the system that new manager Nuno Espirito Santos likes to play as he has similar qualities to Raul Jimenez who was central to how Wolves played under Santos.

The Portuguese has also been known to develop players such as Diogo Jota and Pedro Neto, so Vlahovic will be able to further himself ever more at Spurs. However, this move is all depending on whether Kane moves away as Vlahovic will likely not want to relinquish first team football.

This is another case where Vlahovic will not be a guaranteed starter straight away. Liverpool will need to slowly bring in backup for their front three, with the alternative eventually becoming a starter for Liverpool. With the decline in Roberto Firmino in recent seasons, Vlahovic could possibly take the Brazilians place in the starting XI and it would certainly be a cheaper one.

Diogo Jota has already shown what the backups are able to do at Liverpool and this is something that the Serb should look at. He may not be an instant starter for the Reds, but it is a position he could potentially fill soon and reports suggest Liverpool are in for him.

In a similar manner to Liverpool, Atletico Madrid would use Vlahovic as someone for the future. With Luis Suarez still showing that he can compete at the top he will likely be leading the line for Atletico for a few more years, or at least the one and Suarez is the ideal striker that Vlahovic can learn from and develop his game.

Although Vlahovic may not want to be confined to the bench for a season, learning from Luis Suarez and Diego Simeone would further his career and he could potentially make an impact in La Liga.

Manchester City have also been linked to the Serb after his performances at Euro 2020. However, this would unlikely transpire as he is not the type of player that City are usually interested in, especially with who else they have their eyes on. Their primary target is Harry Kane and if they are unable to sign him this season, then they will most likely wait until they are able to pursue Erling Braut Haaland next summer.

Although Vlahovic would relish playing under Pep Guardiola, he is not really the calibre of player that City are interested in and the majority of their funds will go towards moves for Kane and potentially Jack Grealish.

Reports suggest they're in for him, but it seems an unlikely one, and at 12/1 the odds say so too.

Italian giants Juventus have also been linked to signing Vlahovic. Juventus would use this to boost their attacking quality as there were points last season where they lacked goals when Cristiano Ronaldo was absent from the team. Vlahovic is used to the league already due to his time spent at Fiorentina, and as they often do, the Old Lady may want to pursue local talent.

However, Vlahovic would surely not want to be benched due to the attacking talent that Juventus possess in Ronaldo, Federico Chiesa, Federico Bernardeschi and Paulo Dybala. So, unless Vlahovic is going to be heavily involved in the first team he will unlikely move to Juventus, although working with Ronaldo would heavily improve his skill set as a striker.

However, as this is Juventus and how they tend to get many big names from the Serie A, you can't rule this one out at odds of 10/1.
