Charlton v Oxford: Oxford to win and BTTS

Charlton Athletic have seen 41 goals scored in League One this season and conceded 39 too, and have now entered a period where BTTS seems to come in during the majority of their games. In fact, four of the past five games have seen both teams score and only the 2-0 win over Fleetwood Town back in January has seen both sides not score inside 2022.

During this time, Charlton have also won two games and lost two also, while even losing to Crewe 2-1 and drawing with Cheltenham Town 1-1. At the same time, a 2-2 draw in 90 minutes came in the FA Trophy quarter-finals back in late January.

As for Oxford United, just one of their past six games have seen them not see both sides score, as they lost to Accrington Stanley, but they have beaten Sheffield Wednesday 3-2, Gillingham 7-2, and Portsmouth 3-2 in January alone.

Southampton v Everton: BTTS and Everton to win

Since Frank Lampard took the helm at Goodison Park, the club have scored eight goals and conceded four times and in just one of the three games, both teams have failed to score. The club got the Lampard era going with a stunning 4-1 win over Brentford, before losing to Newcastle United 3-1, and then beating Leeds United 3-0.

Southampton, on the other hand, are in the midst of their best stint of form this season with them now snatching draws off both Manchester clubs, winning two FA Cup ties, and even beating Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and being the first club to beat Antonio Conte on Spurs' soil in the league.

The Saints have seen both teams score in their last five games, and Everton have seen this happen in three of the past five. At the same time, both sides have been scoring goals at a much greater ratio than we saw at the end of 2021.

Koln v Eintracht Frankfurt: Koln to win and BTTS

Two sides separated by only two places in the Bundesliga will clash in the German top flight this Saturday with only one point the difference between eight-placed Koln and 10th-placed Eintracht Frankfurt. A total of 138 goals have gone in during a combined 44 games from these sides in the Bundesliga this season, and they enter this game with just two goals separating them on the goals difference record.

Koln have scored 34 and let in 37, while Frankfurt have let in one less goal and scored three fewer too. Also, six of the last 10 games for Koln have seen both teams score, and even prior to that run over the 10 games, the club saw both teams score in all three matches in November, meaning more than 70% of the time since the start November, the club have seen both teams score.

For Frankfurt, three of the past six games have seen both sides score, but the number of goals scored is near enough the same as the goals conceded for both clubs and BTTS is all expected here. Frankfurt have also won just two of their past five games and recently lost to Wolfsburg.

Bristol v Middlesbrough: BTTS Boro to win

BTTS has occurred in Bristol City's last five games in the Championship, while Middlesbrough's last three have seen this happen too, with only their 1-0 loss to Blackburn Rovers and their 1-0 win over Coventry City seeing both teams not score.

Boro are also right back into the flow of things under Chris Wilder and a play-off charge isn't just well on under his leadership, but very much likely and predicted by many following only one in the past three months.

Wilder's side have seen their defensive ability get better under his guidance, but with 38 goals scored and 29 conceded in 30 games, they remain greatly expected to see goals go in at either side. Bristol, however, have scored 42 times and conceded 58 times, and they should get a goal in a loss to Boro at the very least.
