This summer we saw one of the best FIFA World Cups in recent memory, providing us with some incredible moments and memories. There was more upsets than ever with the likes of Portugal, Spain and defending champions Germany all making early exits whilst England surprised pretty much everyone in making it through to the semi-finals - where we were cruelly beaten in extra time by Croatia. France ended up rolling out deserved winners in the final in Moscow to win their second crown, with their young side impressing an awful lot. The likes of Kylian Mbappe, Antoine Griezmann and Raphael Varane took a lot of the credit but one man who looked a class act was full-back Benjamin Pavard.
The 22 year-old may not be a household name like some of his teammates but following the tournament he's a man known by many. He scored an absolutely incredible goal against Argentina in the round of 16, with technique like something we've never seen before.
And after doing some digging we found another piece of sublime quality when playing for his club side, Stuttgart. He again displayed outrageous technique to pull off one of the best assists that we've EVER seen during a 2. Bundesliga match against Furth for Stuttgart. He somehow managed to pick out his teammate from his own half with a ridiculous drilled ball which simply beggars belief! This was from 2 years ago on his debut for Stuttgart and we'd be amazed if you saw a better one this season.
