FA Poker League – Special Week Overview

Our exclusive week of poker tournaments has now come to a close. We had some great prizes up for grabs for the top players at the end of our 3-tournament special week. These included both cash prizes and an exclusive chance to win seats for the WPT Mini World Championships each night.

The overall champion of our special week was ‘ultragold’ who managed to top our leaderboard with over 100 points in second place. They played all three games this week and although they didn’t manage to win any of the tournaments outright they final tabled twice in the week banking a massive 88 bonus points.

Although this week was a little bit different from normal, we still started on our usual tournament day Wednesday. On the night we were joined by 596 entries who amassed a prizepool of £2,980. In the end, the tournament was won by joner77 who took home the first-place prize of £430.48 and a $33 WPT Micro Championship seat.

Our next tournament evening was on a different night than our usual Saturday night tournament. We moved the tournament to Friday night, and we were joined by 379 entries giving us a prize pool of £1,895 to play for. On the night ‘barry1moore’ managed to win the tournament and take home £281.51 as well as the $33 WPT Micro Championship seat.

The final game night of this special week of poker was on Monday as usual. On this final night, we were joined by 551 entries meaning a prizepool of £2,755. The overall winner of the nights tournament was ‘Gunner2890’ who secured £445.11, on top of this he also won a $33 WPT Micro Championship seat.
