Two sides in good form meet at the Valley in Saturday’s early kick-off in League One, with Charlton facing off against Bolton.
Charlton have won three games on the bounce, as the Addicks look to push themselves up the table. The South-East London outfit picked up a big 3-1 win away to Portsmouth before beating Lincoln 2-1 at home. Last time out, Dean Holden’s side beat Barnsley 2-0, with goals from Tyrese Campbell and Jesurun Rak-Sakyi. It's seen the Addicks move up to 15th in the table, opening a gap of four points to 16th place Lincoln below them. Charlton sits behind a cluster of teams tightly packed together just under the play-off places – highlighted with eighth-placed Peterborough just four points away.
Bolton will be a strong team to come up against, with the Trotters currently in a play-off spot. The midweek 1-0 win over Forest Green sees Ian Evatt’s men in fifth place, four ahead of Barnsley in sixth. With two in-form teams going at it, it could see plenty of goals in the 12:30 pm game.
