The home side have won all of their last five matches, with Roger Schmidt’s side beating Arouca 3-0, Casa Pia 3-0, as well as Club Brugge and Vizela by 2-0 scorelines on either side of a 3-1 home victory over Boavista where Gilberto, Goncalo Ramos and Petar Musa all got on the scoresheet.
Famalicao are tenth in Portugal’s top-flight and have won three of their last five matches following 1-0 wins over Portimonense and Estoril, as well as 3-1 away at Santa Clara. Famalicao have, however, suffered two defeats in this run of fixtures, having been beaten 4-1 and 1-0 by Sporting Braga and Gil Vicente.
