Latest News

Some of the latest January transfer odds have been released. If you would like to back any of the transfers, we’ve provided links for each player that will take you to the relevant slip. Please note that the odds are correct as of 09/01/20.

Danny Ings to Everton - 10/1

After a fantastic run of form, Southampton striker Danny Ings finds himself as the second top Premier League scorer this season with 13 goals in 21 league games, with another 2 goals to his name coming in the Carabao Cup. Ings’ good form has lead to him being linked with a move away from St Mary’s, and Everton is one of the clubs being linked with the former Liverpool striker, with Sky Bet offering a 10/1 price on him moving to Goodison Park this January.

Dayot Upamecano to Arsenal - 2/1

It’s no surprise that Arsenal look weak at the back, in their opening 21 Premier League games this season, they have conceded 30 goals, the most out of any club in the top half of the table. With that in mind, you’d imagine that Mikel Arteta will be looking to improve his defense for the remainder of the season, with one player who is linked with a move to the Emirates being RB Leipzig’s 21-year-old centre-back Dayot Upamecano. The centre-back has made 13 Bundesliga appearances this season has won 41 aerial duels and made 200 tackles, on top of his defensive skills, Upamecano has a pass completion rate of 90.7% and is comfortable on the ball.

Harry Winks to Manchester United - 6/4

It’s clear as day that Manchester are severely lacking options in midfield as a result of injuries to Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay. After being linked to the likes of Bruno Fernandes and Donny van de Beek, another midfielder linked with a move to Old Trafford is Tottenham’s Harry Winks, with the Athletic reporting that Manchester United have identified winks as a transfer target.

Jan Vertonghen to Napoli - 7/1 / Ajax - 9/1

Another player who is linked with a move away from Tottenham is Jan Vertonghen, with the Belgian defender being linked with a move to Napoli and a return to Ajax. Since the start of the season, there have been reports of unrest in the Tottenham changing room caused by a few of the players wanting to leave the club, with Maurizio Pochettino admitting himself that it was the case. Vertonghen’s contract is set to expire this summer so it looks set that he is on his way out of Tottenham, so it could be worth Tottenham cashing in on Vertonghen and selling him in January to at least bring in some money for him.

Krzysztof Piatek to Aston Villa - 6/4

After scoring 19 goals in 21 games for Genoa at the start of the 18/19 season, Polish striker Krzysztof Piatek was signed by AC Milan and Piatek continued to his brilliant goalscoring form as he scored 11 goals in 21 games for the Milan side. Piatek has been unable to reproduce that form this season as he has only scored 4 goals in 18 games for AC Milan, leading to Milan resigning Zlatan Ibrahimovic. With the arrival of Ibrahimovic, Piatek has been linked with a move away from the San Siro, with Aston Villa being linked with him, and as it stands, Sky Bet are offering a 6/4 price Villa bringing him in.
