On Sunday, Borussia Dortmund take on Bayer Leverkusen in a battle of second against third at Signal Iduna Park.
The both teams to score market have landed in all three of Dortmund’s last five matches, having been beaten 3-2 by Hertha Berlin, before defeating Eintracht Frankfurt and Freiburg by 3-2 and 5-1 scorelines. Marco Rose’s side suffered a shock 2-1 defeat to St. Pauli in the DFB Pokal, but, bounced back in their last match as they scraped a 3-2 victory over Hoffenheim thanks to goals by Erling Haaland, Marco Reus and an own goal by David Raum.
Meanwhile, the same can be said for Leverkusen who drew 2-2 against Hoffenheim and Union Berlin on either side of a 2-1 loss to Freiburg. In their last two outings, Leverkusen have managed back to back 2-1 and 5-1 victories over Borussia Monchengladbach and Augsburg.
