            Kick off time: 16:00

            Location: The Etihad

The run in for the title has picked up with Man City yet to stumble. West Ham, on the other hand, need a win in the last game of the season to secure some form of European football.

Man City currently sit top of the Premier League coming into the last game of the season. In 37 games, City have 27 wins, seven draws and three losses, leaving them on 88 points, two points above Arsenal at the top of the league.

City have the best scoring record in the league this season, scoring 93 goals in 37 games, an average of 2.51 goals a game. City have also been strong in defence, conceding 33 goals and keeping 13 clean sheets.

West Ham, however, sit ninth in the Premier League coming into the final weekend. In 37 games, The Hammers have 14 wins, ten draws and 13 losses, just two points behind Manchester United.

The Hammers have been average in front of goal this season, scoring 59 goals in 37 games which gives them an average of 1.59 goals a game. West Ham have been poor in defence, conceding 71 goals and keeping just five clean sheets.

Man City and West Ham have met 120 times in their histories, with the first meeting coming back in 1924. City have the better record in the fixture with 63 wins in comparison to West Ham’s 38 wins, the other 19 games ending in a draw.

The last five games in this fixture have seen four wins for Man City and one draw, with West Ham’s last win coming in a penalty shootout in the League Cup in 2021 and before that a 2 - 1 win in the Premier League in 2015.

            Recent Form

In their last six games in all competitions, Man City have six wins.

The FA Cup Semi Final saw Man City take on Chelsea. Despite Chelsea having more shots on target, Bernardo Silva found the back of the net in the 84th minute to give Man City the 1 - 0 win and the spot in the Final.

Back in the Premier League, Man City were down South to take on Brighton. Kevin De Bruyne opened the scoring for City in the 17th minute and Phil Foden added two goals of his own before halftime. Julian Alvarez also found the back of the net in the second half to secure the 4 - 0 win.

Another win for City came against Nottingham Forest. Josko Gvardiol gave City the lead in the first half and Erling Haaland added another in the second half. Forest had just two shots on target as City picked up a 2 - 0 win.

Two penalties and a goal from Haaland gave City the 3 - 0 lead over Wolves at halftime. Hwang Hee-Chan did get Wolves on the scoresheet early in the second half, but another goal from Haaland just a minute later and a goal from Alavrez wrapping up the 5 - 1 win for City.

The trip to Craven Cottage saw Gvardiol give City the lead at halftime. The Croatian grabbed another in the second half along with Foden and Alvarez in the 4 - 0 win over ten-man Fulham who had Issa Diop sent off late on.

Man City earned a crucial 2-0 win away at Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday night thanks to an Erling Haaland brace. The Sky Blues look like certainties to become the first team to win the Premier League title for four consecutive seasons.

In their last five games in all competitions, West Ham have two draws and three losses.

In the second leg of the Europa League Quarter Finals, West Ham hosted Bayer Leverkusen. Michail Antonio opened the scoring in the 13th minute but Jeremie Frimpong popped up with a goal in the 89th minute to rescue a 1 - 1 draw, though The Hammers still bowed out of the competition, losing 3 - 1 on aggregate.

Back in the Premier League, West Ham took on Crystal Palace. Goals from Michael Olise, Eberechi Eze and Jean-Phillipe Mateta and an own goal from Emerson Palmieri gave Palace the 4 - 0 lead at the half hour mark. Antonio got The Hammers in the game before halftime but another goal from Mateta made Dean Henderson’s own goal another consolation as Palace won 5 - 2.

Jarrod Bowen gave West Ham the lead right before the halftime whistle, but Andrew Robertson equalised for Liverpool just minutes into the second half. An own goal from Alphonse Areola gave Liverpool the lead but a goal from Antonio forced a 2 - 2 draw.

The trip to Stamford Bridge was one to forget for West Ham. Cole Palmer, Conor Gallagher and Noni Madueke all scored to give Chelsea the 3 - 0 lead at halftime. Nicolas Jackson added two goals of his own in the second half to give Chelsea the 5 - 0 win.

The last time out for West Ham was against Luton Town. Sambi Lokonga opened the scoring for Luton in the sixth minute to give Luton the lead at halftime. However, in the second half, James Ward-Prowse, Tomas Soucek and George Earthy all scored to give West Ham the 3 - 1 win.
